John would fill the mastermind role with some incidental hacking on the side — he's not using computers, but he could very easily Know any passcodes or other bits of useful intelligence, so he'd do a lot of work during the planning phases and be in everyone's ears during the heist itself to let them know if anything changes unexpectedly.

Rose is both a fast talker and able to walk through walls in a pinch, so she could certainly get into wherever it is that they need to go and could probably do it without setting off any alarms if she needed to. Also, since she looks like a baby, she could pretty easily play the 'I don't know how I got here, that door wasn't even locked' card and get officially escorted out for the purposes of causing a distraction or allowing someone to discretely slip in while everyone is focused on getting her out.

Greta is NOT smooth and also isn't a particularly good liar, but she's Darrow-famous enough that she could probably open some literal and figurative doors just by introducing herself and playing up her own haplessness.

And they recruit Daisy because they need SOMEONE who can kick ass if need be, and Martin because John just wants him to be included. They get it done, but it's a near fuckin' miss.
